What We Believe

We believe that good therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every client comes with their own history, strengths, and goals, and that’s exactly how we treat them. Our team brings together clinicians with rare and varied backgrounds, from international disaster psychology and refugee resettlement, to crisis intervention and community mental health. What unites us is a shared commitment to evidence-based care delivered with warmth, humor, and genuine human connection.

Accessible, Flexible, Virtual Care

All sessions are conducted online through our HIPAA-compliant platform,
so quality therapy is always within reach, no matter where you are.

Our Approach to Therapy

Collaborative. Evidence-Based.
Deeply Personal.

We work from a person-centered foundation, meaning we start with you, where you’ve come from, where you are now, and where you want to go.
Our therapists draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, selecting and combining techniques based on what works best for each individual client.
